The Balkans in Europe Policy Blog is a forum for current debate on the EU integration and reform processes in Southeastern Europe. The blog is part of the Balkans in Europe Policy Advisory Group, a joint initative of the European Fund for the Balkans and the Centre for Southeast European Studies of the Unviersity of Graz. The blog brings together policy makers, analysts and scholars to debate the most pressing issues in the region.
The Balkans in Europe Policy Blog seeks to promote debate and divergent views, based on the exchange of analysis and research. It thus promotes the communication between the policy and the academic community.
The Balkans in Europe Policy Advisory Group seeks to promote the European Integration of the Western Balkans and the consolidation of democratic, open countries in the region. The blog does not have an editorial line and does promote a frank exchange of views on topics related to these issues.
