Jelena Lončar

Jelena Lončar is a PhD candidate at the University of York, UK and a teaching assistant at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Political Science. Her academic interest includes issues of ethnic politics, national minorities and political representation. Her research is focused on the Balkans, primarily Serbia and Kosovo. She is a co-editor of Ethnopolitics Papers. She recently published a book chapter “Power-sharing in Kosovo: effects of ethnic quotas and minority veto” (In Teokarevic, J., Baliqi B., Surlić S.
