Florian Bieber moderated two high-level workshops with Kosovo Serb and Albanian politicians and members of civil society on the status of Serb municipalities in South Kosovo and on prospects for a dialogue over the North of Kosovo in Prishtina on 14 and 15 June 2012, organised by the Project on Ethnic Relations in Kosovo with support from the European Commission, the Balkan Trust for Democracy and the Dutch Embassy.

Florian Bieber gave an interview for RTK, the state broadcaster of Kosovo on the possibilities of dialogue between Belgrade and Prishtina over the North.

Florian Bieber moderated two Brainstorming Sessions on the status of Serbs in the South and how to begin a dialogue between the government of Kosovo and the north in March 2012 in Prishtina. The workshops were organized by the Project on Ethnic Relations Kosovo and supported by USAID. Participants included the Minister of Interior Bajram Rexhepi, the Deputy Prime Minister Slobodan Petrović and the Deputy Chief of mission of the US embassy Michael Murphy, as well as prominent Kosovo policy analysts and leading Kosovo Albanian and Serb politicians.
